Salary:          POC grade points 39 to 43, FTE £45,574 to £49,673; pro rata: £43,701 (starting) to £47,632 (progression)

Working Days: Term-time only, Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, with three additional weeks during the holidays 

Required for September 2022

Vanguard Learning Trust is keen to recruit a HR manager who will embrace the Trust’s vision and support one of its aims to engender collective responsibility across the Trust. The HR manager needs to have a successful record of supporting organisations to be good and fair employers and they must have experience of working in schools in terms of first-hand knowledge of the nationally agreed terms and conditions for both teachers and support staff. The successful candidate will be based at one of the schools until a central base is established.
